When booking with Indigo Prints, you will be required to pay a 50% non-refundable retainer that reserves your spot on my design calendar. If you have any concerns about payments, feel free to ask me about other options.
Do you offer calligraphy services?
I do not offer calligraphy services, but I can refer you to many talented calligraphers that will help complete your custom stationery to perfection.
How long will it take to receive my non-custom order?
Most products ship within 2-4 business days + shipping time. Your order will be shipped either via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Both options include tracking, and items typically arrive 2-4 days after the item has shipped.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
Oh no! I am so sorry about that! It rarely happens, but I appreciate your understanding. Please reach out to me at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your package and I will send you a replacement.
